Connexions Direct is a national helpline for young people aged 13-19 offering quick access to information and advice on a wide range of topics.
Connexions Direct advisers are available to listen to you, and can offer confidential advice and practical help. If you need even more specialist help they know all the right people.
Connexions Direct advisers are available to take your call, text, email or online query from 8.00 am to 2.00 am seven days a week.

All advice is confidential and you don't have to give a name and address if you don't want to. Information will not be shared with anyone outside the helpline unless Connexions Direct advisers think that you or another young person are in danger or at risk of serious harm. If so, only those who need to know will find out and Connexions Direct will discuss it with you first and offer you lots of support.
