Data Protection Act
Any personal information you give us will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will only use the data you give us to provide you with the service you ask for.
Personal data
We collect personal data on the Contact Us page - we do not share it with others outside our organisation unless you agree that we may or we believe you or someone else would be at risk if we do not. We record web site contacts from young people on their individual record on our Connexions client database.
We also collect data on the Vacancy Notification page - we use this to contact you if we need more information and add the details to our vacancy database. We will share this as appropriate with job seekers.
Statistical data
We collate data on the number of visitors to our site and the pages they visit. This information does not identify individual users or their web addresses.
