Connexions Information for Parents and Carers
Here at Connexions Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole we know that you have a key role to play in helping your son or daughter make important decisions about their future. We want to make sure you have the information you need to help them make an informed choice.
There is a lot of information in the young people’s section that will be relevant to you as parents. We decided not to reproduce it all here so go to the Young People Zone if you want information about education, work and training, life issues. This section of the site is to highlight some key things that might be helpful just for you.
Note that throughout the site we use the word ‘parents’ to include carers. And we use ‘child’, ‘son’ and ‘daughter’ to include teenagers that you care for.
