Connexions BDP Equality and Diversity Policy
Ansbury - the company that delivers Connexions across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole - is committed to ensuring that equality and diversity are integral to all our services and systems. We will implement a system and promote an inclusive culture that will
1. assist and advocate for young people so that they may access a range of opportunities and
2. ensure a working environment for all staff
and is guaranteed to be free of fear of prejudice, social exclusion, social barriers, harassment, bullying or victimisation.
We will adapt systems and practices if they are not working to meet the needs of young people and our staff and will take account of any national guidance to do this well. Through the negotiation of Partnership Agreements, we will work with partners to ensure that they too have strategies in place to address diversity and equality issues.
