We will adapt systems and practices if they are not working to meet young people’s or staff needs on the one hand or equality standards on the other. Connexions partners are committed to working within this ethos and supporting guidelines. Through the negotiation of Partnership Agreements, we will ensure that partners have strategies in place to address diversity and equality issues.
