We keep information so that we can make sure that you get the help you want from Connexions and so that we can plan for the future to make sure that connexions will meet young poeple's needs.
What information do we keep about you?
Your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, gender and ethnicity.
A contact name for your parent or carer.
The name of your school or college and exam results.
Help you may receive for any special or additional needs.
What you are doing at the moment, for example - if you are at school, at college, in training or in a job.
Keeping information about you securely
We only keep extra information tha you choose to give us if you agree that we can keep it.
We make sure the information you give us is kept securely.
We will not passon information to anyone outside of Connexions Bournemouth, Dorser and Poole without your agreement, unless we ahve to by law or if it would put you or others at risk if we did not.
Seeing a copy of the information we have
You can ask to see a copy of the information we have about you.
Ask our personal adviser, call in at any of our Connexions Centres or use the contact us form on this website. You can also call us on 0800 358 3888.
We will send you a request form to fill in. If you are not happy about the information we have, let us know.
