Compliments and complaints

Connexions welcomes and encourages compliments and complaints as an opportunity to learn and to continually review and improve our services. We listen to the views expressed and will take action to learn, develop and improve as a result.

 

What to do

  • Speak to someone in the Centre or ask to see a manager.
  • Write to the Area manager in the Centre you have visited.
  • Email us using the contact us page on this site
  • Telephone us on 0800 358 3888

If a complaint is not resolved to the satisfaction of the person making the complaint they will be able to appeal to the Chief Executive or the Chair of the Connexions Board.
